Welcome To The Middle

Welcome To The Middle

For a long time, my work lived in different places.

Some of it appeared in Forbes. Some of it found a home on Substack. Some of it became children’s stories, animation projects, or ideas scribbled in notebooks waiting for the right moment to emerge.

This website is where those pieces finally meet.

You’ll find reporting, personal essays, creative projects, and the growing world of Where The Quiet Things Grow™. Some of these stories are published. Some are still taking shape. Some may never become what I originally imagined—and that’s part of the process too.

I’ve spent much of my life interested in the space between things: certainty and curiosity, endings and beginnings, what we know and what we’re still learning.

The middle isn’t always comfortable. But it’s where most of life happens.

Thanks for stopping by.

I’m glad you’re here.
